We are looking for Engineers/Developers/Leads with strong experience in Whitebox Testing, Leads should be hands on, gain in-depth knowledge of the product and tools and be a role model for other team members.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to

  • Involvement in the SDLC from design to release, in a fast paced, quality driven environment.
  • Developing, maintaining, and enhancing both unit testing and performance testing frameworks
  • Design test strategies, develop test tools and implement test cases to ensure highest quality deliverables for maintenance and new feature releases.
  • Create and maintain functional, performance, stress and endurance tests
  • Diagnose and debug issues in a production environment.
  • Work closely with the project team to identify, design and enhance existing test frameworks to support backend test development.
  • Find solutions to successfully automate as much as possible

Qualifications

  • Experience with Test Frameworks like JUnit
  • Experience designing, implementing and executing API-level test cases
  • Experience with code coverage and test tool development
  • Ability to work independently to triage issues and prioritize tasks
  • Outstanding problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Hands on experience writing test code in Java/C++ or other related programming language
  • Strong Knowledge in at least one scripting language such as Perl
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills as exemplified by clear issue explanations, documentation and effective intra- and inter-group communications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision to meet firm deadlines
  • Multi-threading and distributed computing knowledge a plus
